CANCELLATION POLICY
🔘 Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy: • Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. • After three no-shows, a non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, plus a 2.6% convenience fee. • If you reschedule a missed appointment, your deposit will transfer to the new date. ⸻ 🔘 Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Tap Pay, and Apple Pay. ⸻ 🔘 Payment Compliance: If your saved payment method is removed before the cancellation fee is processed and results in a failed payment, all outstanding fees must be paid before rescheduling. ⸻ 🔘 Deposit & Appointment Policy: • All specialty styling appointments are first-come, first-served and require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your slot. • The remaining balance is due on the day of service. ⸻ 🔘 Honey Comb & The Bee Ad Policy: Photos or video content may be used for promotional material, advertisements, or reviews. With your permission, content may be displayed across various media platforms including websites, social media, and print. We respect your privacy and will use content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. ⸻ 🔘 Consultation Fee & Policy: • Consultation Fee: $50 (for clients needing or wanting treatments or who have scalp/hair concerns). • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full consultation fee (non-refundable/non-transferable). • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the fee may be applied to a rescheduled consultation. ⸻ 🟣 Hair Preparation: If you are scheduled for a cut or styling service that requires shampooing, please arrive with hair fully detangled and free of knots, glue, kinks, or previous styles. Failure to do so may result in a detangling fee or a reschedule. ⸻ 🔘 Braiding Service Policy: A 25% deposit is required for all braiding services. ⸻ 🔘 Add-On Service Policy: All add-on services must be scheduled 12–24 hours in advance. Same-day add-ons are not accepted unless previously discussed and approved. ⸻ 🔘 Pricing Notice: All service prices are subject to change without prior notice.
