CANCELLATION POLICY
🔘 Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy: • Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit and will require a non-refundable deposit to rebook after the third no-show. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee plus a 2.6% convenience fee. • If you reschedule your missed appointment, the deposit will be transferred to the new date. 🔘 Payment Methods: Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Tap Pay or Apple Pay 🔘 Payment Compliance: If the saved payment information is removed before the cancellation fee is drafted, and it results in insufficient funds, the (customer) must pay all outstanding fees before rescheduling. 🔘 Deposit & Appointment Policy: • Any Special Hair Styling appointments are first-come, first-served and require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your appointment. • Your remaining balance of your service is due on the day of service. 🔘 Honey comb & The Bee Ad Policy: Photos or video footage may be used for advertisement, promotional content, ads, and reviews. With permission- Your content may be displayed across various media platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print materials. We respect your privacy and will handle your content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations 🔘 Consultation Fee & Policy: • Consultation fee: $50 for clients needing or wanting hair treatments or have scalp/ hair issues and or concerns. • If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your consultation, you will be charged the full $50 fee (non-refundable/non-transferable). • In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the fee may be transferred to a rescheduled consultation. 🟣 Hair Preparation: If you are scheduled for a Cut or any Styling service which requires a shampoo and conditioning process first, Please arrive with hair detangled and free of knots, kinks, glue, or previous hairstyles before your appointment. You may be charged a detangling fee or asked to reschedule. 🔘 Braiding Service Policy: • A 25% deposit is required for all braiding service. 🔘 Add-On Service Policy: Any additional services must be scheduled 12–24 hours before your appointment. No same-day add-ons will be accepted unless previously discussed. 🔘 Pricing Notice: Service prices are subject to change.
